This is a nice little bebop jazz guitar lick in a Scrapple From The Apple/Honeysuckle Rose vein - but only 4 bars instead of 8. It is taken from the Essential Jazz Phrases collection in Band In A Box. It's basically ||:Gm7/// | C7//// | FMaj7/// | FMaj7///:|| - adding the VI7 (the D7b9) is a typical embellishment of a standard II-V-I jazz lick. Anyway, here it is - I hope you enjoy it.
